The folks at Metropolitan Market let me loose in the wine department of their Lower Queen Anne store in Seattle with 90 dollars to pick out six wines. Check out the video to see what I selected and took home to enjoy, courtesy of Metropolitan Market.

I’ve definitely noticed far less selection of vinho verdes this year. What gives?
I don’t like to hear about a lack of Vinho Verde selection. I usally see the Famega, Broadbent, Aveleda, and Alancia in Seattle. Plus a couple Rosé Vinho Verdes, which I love. Possibly with shelf space at a premium stores feel having just a couple is ok, that they are interchangeable? Just speculating. Make your displeasure know where you buy wine. Maybe the lack of Vinho Verde selection is why our summer has been so delayed?
